KONTRIBUSI SEKTOR KEHUTANAN TERHADAP PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH PADA ERA OTONOMI DAERAH DI KABUPATEN LUWU UTARA
Abstract: This research aims
to identify the contribution of forestry sector to the Local Government Revenue
at the regency of North Luwu in regional autonomy era. The research result is
expected to provide inputs for evaluating and compiling Regional Budget and
Expenditure Plan. The result is also intended to be used for evaluating the
forest product retribution policy.This research was carried out in North Luwu
Regency. Data were collected purposively by conducting observation
technique/survey, interviews and discussions with related stakeholders. The
data were then processed, tabulated and classified based on the aim of the
research, and were analyzed descriptively The results show that the
contribution of forestry sector to the local government revenue of North Luwu
Regency in average was 25,74% of PAD in total during 2000-2002.
