KESIAPAN STAKEHOLDER DALAM PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM JAMINAN KESEHATAN NASIONAL DI KABUPATEN GOWA
Abstract: The implementation
of law no. 40/2004 on SJSN and the law no. 24/2011 on BPJS needs the readiness
of all stakeholders. BPJS on health is a formal office to run the program of
JKN. The objective is to identify the readiness of health facility, regulation and
socialization of stakeholders in the implementation of JKN program to the
community in Gowa regency. This study is
qualitative with 8 informants. The informant is the key person who understand
on the readiness of JKN program. The data collection is conducted by in-depth
interview, observation, and review of documents. The result shows that there is
a lack of facility on the aspect of health facility. the regulation has not yet
prepared because the technical guideline on JKN has not yet been socialized. thesocialization
has been widely socialized to all stakeholders however it is not yet optimal to
the community so that the community is still lack of understand on JKN program.
The conclusion is that the stakeholders have not yet ready to implement JKN program.
The recommendation is to improve the health facilities, to pay more attention
on the implementation of JKN program and to improve the socialization to the
community.
