PENENTUAN Cu DAN Zn PADA TERONG BELANDA (Solanum betaceum) dan WORTEL (Daucus carota) DENGAN METODA VOLTAMMETRI STRIPING ANODA (VSA)

Abstract: Research on determination of Cu and Zn in Tamarillo (Solanum betaceum) and carrot (Daucus carota) by Anodic Stripping Voltammetry method (ASV) have been conducted focused on their accumulation potential and time as the optimum parameters used. It was found that the optimum accumulation potential of 0.3 V and for accumulation time of 120 seconds. At these optimum conditions then it was obtained that the relative standard deviation for Zn was       4.4298 % and for Cu was 1.0228 % on ( 15 mg/L Zn and 10 µg/L Cu with 8 replications (n = 8)). The LOD value for Zn and Cu were 0.0078 ppb and 0.179 ppb, respectively, while their LOQ  respectively were 0,0258 ppb and 0,596 ppb. All those parameters then were applied to measure two samples, where in tamarillo there were 0,01436 ppm Zn and 0,01364 ppm Cu while in carrot 0,01318 ppm Zn and 0,0125 ppm Cu with recovery grade ​​for Zn 105.75% and for Cu 100.5%.
