UJI TOKSISITAS LUMPUR MINYAK BUMI SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH FITOREMEDIASI DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP REPRODUKSI DAPHNIA CARINATA KING
ABSTRAK: The aim of this
research is to observe lethal toxicity level LC50-48 hours medium of oil sludges pre and post phytoremediation
to Daphnia carinata and also its influence to reproduction of D. carinata . The
research done with experimental method. To get LC50-48 hours value, used static
bioassay according to standard of APHA (1995). LC50-48 hours value counted with Minitab Probit Analysis. For chronic toxicity
test medium of sludges oil pre and post phytoremediation to reproduction of D.
carinata , using completely randomized design with two factorial pattern : 2x7,
two stages of medium of oil sludges pre and post phytoremediation and seven
stages of medium of sludges oil pre and
post phytoremediation concentrations. The parameter which counted is the total
of neonates D. carinata during 21 days. Data analysis for chronic toxicity test
used Anova test. The result show that LC50-48 hours value of medium of oil
sludges pre phytoremediation is amount 28,62 ppm and post phytoremediation is
amount 126,55 ppm. For chronic toxicity test, the rate from the total of
neonates D. carinata in medium of sludges oil pre phytoremediation is amount
109 neonates and post phytoremediation is amount 133 neonates
