PENGARUH EKSTRAK DAUN COCOR BEBEK (KALANCHOE DAIGREMONTINA HAMMET & PERRIER) TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN DAN LOLOS HIDUP KUMBANG KOKSI HERBIVORA (EPILACHNA VIGINTIOCTOPUNCTATA FABRICIUS)
ABSTRAK: A research to find
out the effect of Cocor bebek (Kalanchoe daigremontina) Leaves extract on
development and survival of the Lady beetle (Epilachna vigintioctopunctata) was
done. The method that used was experimental with developmental bioassay test,
and the concentration of K. daigremontina leaves extract were 0 (control) ,
625, 1250, 2500, dan 5000 ppm concentrations. The data were obtained from the
developmental period of instar larvae I,II,III, IV, pupa until imago, and the
precentage of survival abilities of first larvae until imago. The ANOVA test
continue with multiple range duncan test were used to analyzed the data. The
results showed that K. daigremontina leaves extract were inhibited
developmental period of 1st instar to 4th instar larvae significantly at 625, 1250, 2500, dan 5000 ppm, and was
inhibited developmental of pupa at 1250, 2500, dan 5000 ppm. Survival abilities
percetage of 1st instar to imago was also decreased significantly at 2500 ppm
and 5000 ppm.
