KEBERHASILAN MAKAN TIGA JENIS KUNTUL DI SEKITAR CAGAR ALAM PULAU DUA SERANG: FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHINYA
ABSTRAK: This research ia to
know the influenced factors of feeding
success for three species herons that lived in Cagar Alam Pulau Dua Serang,
Banten Province. This research have been done at feeding area for three species
herons which are around Cagar Alam Pulau Dua.
The data were from film shooting use Focal Observation Methods, while
the film shooting analyze use Scan Sampling Methods (Altmann, 1974). The data
was analyze by Anova Multivariat test. The result shows that influenced factor
of feeding success for three species herons include the different of feeding
area, time for feeding and feeding in group. Feeding success for Casmerodius
albus was influenced by that three factor. In Casmerodius albus, the higher
feeding success was been at the mudflat, in the morning and in the feeding
group. Feeding success for Egretta garzetta and Bubulcus ibis wasn’t influenced
by that three factor.
