UBUNGAN ANTARA KOMPETENSI DENGAN KINERJA MENGAJAR GURU SD KECAMATAN MEDANG DERAS KABUPATEN BATU BARA
Abstract: This study aims to
determine the relationship between: 1) the pedagogical competence
with teachers teaching performance, 2)
personal competence with
teaching performance of teachers,
3) professional competence
with teaching performance of teachers, 4) social competence with teaching performance
of teachers, and 5) pedagogic, personal, professional,
and social competence
with teaching performance of
teachers. Subjects was
elementary school teachers in the
District Medang Deras with a total sample of 115 people . Research methods is
descriptive and techniques analysis
is correlation. The
results can be
concluded: 1) there is
a significant relationship
between the pedagogical competence of
teachers teaching performance,
2) there is a significant relationship
between personal competence
with teaching performance of
teachers, 3) there
is a significant relationship between
the performance of the professional competence of teachers to
teach; 4) there
is a significant relationship between
social competence with
teaching performance of teachers,
and 5) there
is a significant relationship between
pedagogic competence, personality, professional, and social with
teaching performance of teachers.
