Abstract: The gools of law is
to have a good balence in the society, the process of law
is in the
society it self,
thus it can be said
that society is the
sources of law,
the law cannot
be separated from
the social environment. This
the sociological view
on law. This
emphasizes is study on the
relationship between the law thinking and its social base and does not see the
law as an esoteric area. Therefore, the follower of this theory, prefer to
base their view on descriptive optic, that is
as a detached concern toward the positive law.
