Kritik Pemikiran Islam atas Marx tentang Materialisme Sejarah (Historical Materialism) (Aspek filsafat dan perkembangan ekonomi pemikiran Marx)
Abstract: Understanding of
Marx’s theory is still considered be limited both substance and examine its relevance
to the present, let alone discuss or criticize. Literature study is expected to
clarify the concept or theory of historical materialism, both in the aspect of
his philosophy and sociology and economics, as well as the possibility of
criticism. Thesis of Marx that human history is a history of the mastery of the
material; his thinking is the result of modification and transformation of philosophical thinking Hegel and Feurbach.
Marx criticized Hegel’s philosophical thinking (about self-creation) and
Feurbach’s philosophy of mechanistic materialism. Critics of Marx’s historical materialism
is synonymous with criticism for materialism, that the productive forces in
society are also result of human reason, as thinking people (social reality) is
the result of the productive forces. Another criticism said that the old
production system may also develop other cultural pat-terns. Groups that live
under the same economic and cultural conditions, it can adopt different systems
of thought. The dialectics of history is not a claim on the correct
explanation, because thesis, antithesis and synthesis in the history are of the
social law. Not always a new stage of his-tory will be higher than the previous
stages, often there is a period of disintegration. The views thesis, antithesis
and synthesis in history there is less tendency to look for differences and
will reduce the incidence or occurrence of the story. The views of historical
materialism (dialectic) often or justification to commit acts of violence,
whereas changing the history (the material productive forces) in the community
can be done peacefully. Infrastructure and superstructure sometimes there is
conflict itself, and culture can also be a determinant of history.
