The method that used descriptive method and type of qualitative research. The
results of this research describe the
form of omission,
addition,misformation and misodering,
so it make a ineffective speech.
Error speech at the seminar thesis proposal makes unclear meaning, meaning
difficult to understand, blurring the
meaning of the sentence, and the ambiguous meaning in a speech making
ineffective speech .
