STUDI EVALUASI PROGRAM DANA BANTUAN OPERASIONAL KESEHATAN DI KABUPATEN LUWU
ABSTRACT: The aims of the
research are to find out (1) the implementation of health operational aid program at input level in Luwu Regency, (2)
the implementation of health operational aid program at process level in Luwu
Regency, and (3) the of implementation of health operational aid program at
output level in Luwu Regency. The research was a descriptive survey to describe
the evaluation the program. The samples
were those who
involved in the
implementation of health
operational aid program
in the health centers in Luwu
Regency consisting of 24 respondents. The results of the research reveal that at the
input level, the
policy of human
resources, and guide
book technical guidance
of program target are
generally adequate. However,
the number of
funding needs to
be increased and
the process of its
accountability needs supervision
and the simplification of
reporting. At the
process level, the implementation of planning should be carried out
based on problem analysis. At the output level, there is an increase of
coverage, but in comparison to the target of SPM 2015, some indicators have not
yet been achieved.
