PENGARUH EARNINGS MANAGEMENT DALAM MEMEDIASI HUBUNGAN ANTARA GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE DAN KINERJA PERUSAHAAN PADA PESERTA CGPI TAHUN 2004 -2008
ABTRACT: The purpose of this
research was to prove and analyze the influence of earnings management in
mediation connection between good corporate governance and company performance.
This research used data cen-sus. Population of this research from public
company listed as participants of Corporate Governance Percep-tion Index (CGPI)
in the period of 2004-2008. This re-search used a path analysis test. The result showed that earnings management
not influenced mediation relationship good corporate governance on company performance.
