MASALAH KEMISKINAN DAN BEBERAPA PENDEKATAN PENANGGULANGANNYA DI PROVINSI JAWA TIMUR
Abstract: Recently, poverty in
Indonesia constitutes part of the complexity of nation’s problem amid the fast
transitional change and the globally uncertain condition of economy. In
the state of
high defence on
foreign loan, currently, any efforts
dealing with poverty problem need to be
simultaneously supported by the
development process of national
awareness and self-supporting attitude.
To overcome the
poverty, critical awareness
in monitoring and
responding the government
operation which is based on good governance, from all aspects, needs to be developed.
Therefore, synergetic plan and program
implementation need tobe
continuously sustained in order that the development program can be effectively
and efficiently carried out. One of the instruments expected to be able to
encourage the implementation of comprehensively regional development plan is
the coordinative forum of
participative development.
