FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PERILAKU PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF PADA IBU MENYUSUI DI KECAMATAN WONOPRINGGO KABUPATEN PEKALONGAN
Abstract: Breast milk have an
important effect mother and baby, it also wide effect for status nutrion and
baby healthy. Education, accupation, knowledge, mother acts have correlation
with her habit support from family, healthy department also influence that
behaviour. This research was to analyze the factors that influence in giving
eksklusif breast milk. This research have a background with the decrease
tendention of giving eksklusif breast milk.
The design of the research was deskriptif analytic with cross sectional
approach. Hipothesis indicided to know the influence of factors education,
accupation,, knowledge, attitude, health department, family with giving
eksklusif breast milk. The sample that used in this research was 50 respondents
which was taken by cluster sampling.
The result of this research with statistic chi square have correlation
between knowledge with acts giving eksklusif breast milk with p value
0,035,thought another variables education, accupation, attitude, health
department and family didn’t have correlation. That means was mother awareness
to breast feeding eksklusif still low and the faint of their culture more
surrounding in their environment. Recommendation for health department to
giving education about eksklusif breast milk using the society approach that
deepest so may be they more believe and sure with health department
information.
