EFEKTIVITAS WAKTU FLUOXETINE TERHADAP RESPON IMUN LEVEL CD4 PADA TIKUS PUTIH GALUR WISTAR DENGAN DEPRESI AKUT
Abstract: Depressed patients
need mental therapy to improve their condition and prevent serious mental disorder
in the future. Patients with depression have sign and symptom such as decrease
of immune system and inability to manage problems. Furthermore, they will have
serious depression. Fuoxetine can be used to improve the number of body immune
and resolve depression symptom. Flouxetine is usualy given for 4 until 8 weeks.
The aim of this research was to investigate the most effective fluoxetine time
to CD4 level at the depressed wistar mice. Research design used experiment with
randomized control method. Samples of the research were 20 wistar mouses
includes experiment and control group. The data analysis used hotteling traces
to determine effectiveness fluoxetine time. The result of the data analysis
showed the mean of CD4 score of the group which were given fluoxetine was
highest at third week than the other groups.
