Confirmatory Factor Analysis terhadap Construct Kinerja Strategic Business Unit (SBU) : Penelitian pada SBU Perusahaan Industri Barang Konsumsi Terbuka di Indonesia
Abstract: Unit business
performance determine the success of company. This research focuses on
confirmatory analysis toward the construct of SBU’s performance. Financial, customer, internal business
process, and human resources aspects are considered in measuring SBU’s
performance, and also to be used as indicators to construct SBU’s performance.
Results of the study shows that all four aspects determine the construct of SBU’s
performance, with the order of: (1) human resources aspect, (2) internal
business aspect, (3) financial aspect, and (4) customer aspect. One hundred and twenty seven managers
participated in this study.
