ANALISIS FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN DALAM MEMBELI RUMAH (STUDI KASUS PERUMAHAN VIHARTA PT.MBP - GRESIK)

Abstract: Location of this research is that Viharta housing in Gresik. Types of data used in this research  is the  primary  data by  distributing  a  questionnaire to  140 respondents. Variable measurement scale used is the Likert scale and the data were analyzed with factor analysis  is a  statistical  technique used to combine  variables that have the dimensions or  the  same  character,  and  then united and formed  into a new factor. With SPSS 12.0 for Windows obtained significant value from Bartlett’s test of sphericity is for 0.000 so there is a correlation between variables.  KMO index value of 0.686. In the anti-image correlation process, 24 variables as a whole can follow the process or the next stage because the MSA value greater than 0.5. From the results of factor analysis  processing, 24 variables  had  summarized  into seven  new  factors,  which may represent a 58.9% variance is, where the value can be seen from the cumulative variance.  The  results  showed that  the  factors  considered  by consumers to buy a house are: 1) factor product. 2) factor prices. 3) Factor facilities. 4) promotion factor. 5) reference factor. 6) discount factor. 7) the credit factor.
