PENGARUH VARIASI UNJUK DERAJAT PENGAPIAN TERHADAP KERJA MESIN

ABSTRACT: This research aims to determine the influence of variations in the degree ignition, the engine performance, which is related to the power and torque of the 4 stroke petrol engine, use premium fuel with different speeds (rpm).
In  experiments  used  engine  test  bed,  where  the  machine  is  placed  on  a pad  that  then engine  output  shaft connected to  shaft    dinotester and parameters measured in this study is Torque and Power. Magnets are used in the study is a magnet with a standard ignition, the ignition magnet with advanced degrees 3° and 6°from the point of default.
The research results are achieved  by the advanced degree ignition 6°  from the point of default, the value of the maximum torque of 7.90 Nm, the engine speed betwen 6000  – 6500 rpm, the resulting maximum power of 7.3 hp at 7796 rpm engine speed.
