PENATAAN LINGKUNGAN KELURAHAN GUSUNG SEBAGAI PAOTERE PORT CITY KOTA MAKASSAR
Abstract: An increasing number
of people have an impact on the community environment characterized by
increasing demand for housing, social facilities and public facilities. Such
improvements will interact between the physical and non-physical environment
that have an impact on environmental conditions. In Makassar, the utilization
of space is divided into 13 integrated area, one of which is integrated with
the Paotere harbor area. Characteristics of the port location directly adjacent
to the Makassar Strait, which affects the socio-economic activities of the
people according to the case observed in Gusung Village, subdistrict of Ujung
Tanah, Makassar city. Analyzes of this study several issues related to the
arrangement of buildings and environments, include with land use,
transportation infrastructure, drainage system, waste management and open
space.
