PEMBUATAN SERVER DAN JARINGAN VOIP MENGGUNAKAN SOFTWARE ASTERISK SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF KOMUNIKASI DI SMA NEGERI 1 YOGYAKARTA
ABSTRACT: SMAN 1 Teladan
Yogyakarta is one of International School in Yogyakarta. As an International
school, SMAN 1 Teladan Yogyakarta doing a lot of telephone communication using
either local or international. But the facts show that the phone rates in
Indonesia is still relatively expensive, this would make a special
consideration, since communication is a basic requirement for life.
VoIP is one solution to create an alternative communications network
which certainly cheaper than a fixed phone or GSM. This is because the VoIP network
using the Internet as a medium for communication. The more affordable cost of
Internet connection, then the use of VoIP will become increasingly easy. This
situation is also supported by the mobile phone application developers, which
are now widely free application for VoIP communications via cellular telephone.
Results from research conducted by the availability of a VoIP server at SMAN
1 Teladan Yogyakarta, where the server is now available as a cheaper
alternative communication. It can be used by teachers to make communication.
