Abstract: The welding process
is the metal continuation with heat to be plastis or liqiud, with or without
pressure. The fusion welding is a process involving the continuation of the
process resulted in two main metals that will go through so that mixing occures
between the two material and then congeal into one unit. The principles of
welding process was a continuation that make use of metallurgical phenomena.
The problems that arise are usually occured cract in the part of continuation.
In the phenomenon of metallurgy at the time that was welding the steel whould
happened martensite and fissure, while the gray cast iron was the occurence of
white cast iron and martensit.
