KAJIAN KEBERHASILAN PELAKSANAAN REHAB REKONS RUMAH PASKA GEMPA DIY SEBAGAI WACANA PADA DAERAH LAIN
ABSTRACT: As the realization
of 27th Mey 2006 earthquake disaster care, the government has held Post
Earthquake House Rehabilitation and Reconstruction programs (PR3G). This method
of handling is a new method in the disaster's victim treatment, so it is
necessary the existence of comparison study of its system method with the reference
system of reconstruction service implementation. This research is aimed to
understand the successfulness and the expedience with the sistem and method of Post
Earthquake House Rehabilitation and Reconstruction programs (PR3G) handling
based on the factors that influence it. The method of data analysis that used
is frequency distribution test and chi square with SPSS 15.0 software for
windows.
The result of analysis that obtained from Chi Square non parametric
statistic test is declared that all
factor from all variables are influential to each variable that is : monetary liquefaction process factor that
very influential to the level of
successfulness and expedience is the
progress of monetary liquefaction that run effectively as well as the
provision of condition that has been determined with the result mean : 3,67
Chi-Square calculation : 78,400. The plan of estimated budget at the foundation
work with the expense that has been determined with mean score : 3,63
calculated Chi Square 38,800, Physical work realization that is the ability of
worker at PR3PG project that self handled by the society appropriate with the
level of ability and skill that is owned
with the result of mean 3,72 Chi Square 49,900. In the progress of
variable and the factors obtaining is based on the PR3PG handling method as the
study and comparison is the law of Construction Service’s regulation.
