Analisa Dfa Pada Katup Pengatur Kecepatan Silinder Pneumatik (Dfa Analysis On Flow Control Valve Of Pneumatic Cylinder)
Abstract: Pneumatic and
Hydraulic Control System uses many components to assembly the process
circuit.Reducing time of assembly can improve the benefit of the company. DFA
(Design for Assembly) analysis can help the manager to reduce assembly time in Pneumatic and
Hydraulic Control System. Pneumatic circuit with using Cylinder as actuator
requires flow control valve to regulate the speed of cylinder,will be analyze
and validate with DFA analysis. The
output of this analysis is that the new model (made in 2005) of flow control is
more efficient comparing the old model(made in 1988).
Analyzing of this process is the redesign of flow control valve that is simpler
in assembly. The technician or engineer can built flow control valve in a
circuit without arranges the position of that valve. In the other side at the
old model, the technician or engineer
requires time to arrange the position of valve before built it in a circuit.
