Tanggungjawab Akademis Fakultas Syariah dalam Perspektif UUNo. 3 Tahun 2006
Abstract: The faculty of
Syariah or Syariah department constitutes the main resources to produce
religious jurists who have academical responsibilities to prepare the qualified
output. Especially since the emerging of the Act No. 3 year 2006 that instead
of the Act No. 7 year 1989 regarding the religious court. The impact of the
arising of the Act No.3 year 2006 is the enlarging the authority and
jurisdiction of the religious court in Indonesia. Because of this, that is the
challenge, the role and the academical responsibility of the faculty of the
department of syariah not only to produce religion jurists or advocator but
also to prepare interdicipline jurists who expect to handle many cases.
