Dari Kemiskinan ke Kesejahteraan (From Poverty To Welfare)
Abstract: The successful
development of a nation is determined by a number of factors, including:
natural resources (NR), human resources (HR), capital resources (capital), and
the ability to manage (management). Analogous to that change poverty into
prosperity (poverty) also requires the same thing.
Indonesia with abundant natural resources, human resources of hundreds of
millions, sufficient capital and management of government alternating with each
style of his regime for 65 years of independence and occupation, can not fully
realize the prosperity of the nation (in a macro sense), and it can not
completely change poverty into prosperity (in the micro sense.) It can be seen
and are still large strata of the population in poverty in Indonesia.
To find out what actually happened to poverty reduction in Indonesia,
through this study the authors tried to track it down and found a weak point on
managing (management) program, including: the program does not focus, was not
consistent with the priority scale, weak coordination, weak monitoring and
evaluation, and no mistake in setting the key officials responsible.
