Abstract: Corporate Social Responsibility
(CSR) is one of the main issues when we talk the company law. This issues is
not only discussed by scholars but also businessmen, non goverment organization
andgoverment officials. It was understood, why they talk about CSR. Basedon
fact finding a number of companies did not care about the sodial impact tolocal
community andtheenviroment damage when the companies doing activities.
Sincecompanies haveoperated, mostpeople lived around thecompany have got many dificulties
in their life. According to company act, inorder toharmonize society
andenviroment with thecompany, the companyhave to do its obligation, namely
Corporate Social Responsibility.
