Abstract: This article tells about
the local wisdom revitalization as starting point of alternative dispute resolution
in Ende. Its target is deconstructed centralism of law and developed
multiculturalism. Specialgoal is not only expressing theinsignificant court but
also anticipating the hoisterous oflawenforcement The image and the sign of law
is distorting and counterfeiting, butclaim is not the truth of law. Alternative
dispute resolution is utilized as a discourse on lawsuit amongparties and its
applied to attain win-win solution. Societyrequires selected room which is
