KECENDERUNGAN PENEGAKAN HUKUM Dl INDONESIA
Abstract: In Indonesia, the
reformation began twelve years ago and it does not give any positive effect on
law enforcement, and incline to discriminate. Justice before the law is merely
used by the elite groups if they get difficulties in real life. The core of law
enforcement is justice for all, thus the principle of "equality before the
law". The leads of apparatus on law enforcement are how to concern on
legal security issues, enforce the law and focus on legal security without ignored
the necessity of justice of marginalized society.
