AKURASI TIMBANGAN Dl PASAR TRADISIONAL DALAM RANGKA PERLINDUNGAN KONSUMEN
Abstract: This research will
examined how the accuracy of non automatic schale equipment in traditional market
is standardized and how control mechanism apply toensure it's traceability that
performed by the government authorities. This research uses yuridical normative
method. The research approach through science jurisprudence which involvedthe
regulation relatedto standardization and verification scale weighingand measurement
equipment for costumer interests. The Government maintains the standardization
and accuracy of scale equipment in traditional market held through control
mechanism heldannually bymarking, re marked or stamped, and reject the error
marked, comply to the internationalmetrology standard. This research
demonstrate that control mechanism shall continuously implemented and exercised
a betterpromotion to the trader society.
