ABSTRACT: This article explores the importance of
reorientation process of the corporation’s interest from shareholders to
stakeholders. The corporation’s attention and commitment for stakeholders will
give the positive contribution to the aim of corporation. Corporation’s reorientation
of Perseroan Terbatas (PT) was a
strategic way for developing of business in Indonesia.
