corporate governance has not
been implemented. One
way to improve
the condition, the
central bank will issue
a rule in
the form of

only for private banks
owned by foreigners,
but for all
banks. There are
three categories of owners,
the financial institutions
are allowed to
own 40%, non-financial
institutions and legal entities
are allowed to
have 30% of
individuals, and individuals
by 20%. In order
to remain on

improve the Good Corporate Governance,
this policy needs
to be done
in stages. Implementation also requires preparation and implementation
of a very mature and cautious. Restrictions on bank ownership
