ISOLASI SENYAWA TRITERPENOID DARI FRAKSI AKTIF KULIT BATANG KECAPI (Sandoricum koetjape Merr) DAN UJI BIOAKTIFITAS BRINESHRIMPS LETHALITY BIOASSAY
Abstract: This study has
identified a triterpenoid compound in ethyl acetate extract from the stem bark
of Sandoricum koetjape Merr with cytotoxic activities further explored
previously. The triterpenoid compound contained in ethyl acetate extract of
Sandoricum koetjape Merr was analyze under Liebermann-Burchard, resulting in
reddish. The compound gave 252,4 – 253,6oC
in melting point test. Based on Brine Shrimps Lethality Bioassay test, LC50
value of ethyl acetate extract was 164,437 μg/ml. Analysis with UV-Vis produces
the maximum absorption peak at 204 nm refer to presence of double bond (not
conjugate). Analysis IR spectroscopy gives absorption at 3220 cm-1 (-OH),
2931 cm-1 (C-H), 1705 cm-1 (C=O), 1190 cm-1 (C-O),
1384 cm-1 and 1458 cm-1 (gem-dimethyl)
