RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BARANG PADA UD. MEKARYO UTOMO LAMONGAN
Abstract: UD. Mekaryo Utomo is
Trade Enterprises that engaged in the sale of building materials. The absence
of information about stocks often result in the sale of goods which are not in
accordance with the availability of stock in the warehouse, in the reporting
process takes a long time because they have to look for and record the repeated
data from transaction documents expenditure and receipt of goods to make monthly
reports.
UD. Mekaryo Utomo requires an inventory control system that can help
administrative records out of inventory, monitoring of the inventory in the
warehouse, determine the time of ordering inventory and economic quantity
ordering, as well as reports required by the actual management.
Inventory control information system can perform inventory control by
determining the minimum inventory, ordering a return of a stock based on the
formula of RoP and economical supply quantity based on the EOQ formula, as well
as generate reports for management petrified to make a decision.
