STUDI KELAYAKAN BISNIS TORTILLA DENGAN PEMANFAATAN RUMPUT LAUT LOKAL MELALUI PENDEKATAN INTERNAL BISNIS (STUDI KASUS PADA IKM BERDIKARI KABUPATEN MOROWALI SULAWESI TENGAH)

ABSTRACT: BERDIKARI’s one attempt at Morowali district that produces tortilla seaweed in small to medium scale. Over the last four years of operation, BERDIKARI not show significant growth, both in terms of production and financial advantages. Problems encountered BERDIKARI’s a sales plan that is still less than the market opportunity is still great, promotional activities and the number of working days as well as machines used to produce tortilla is not maximized. So that the necessary repairs ranging from market and marketing aspects, technical aspects and technology, management and organizational aspects to the financial aspect. This feasibility study aims to determin the feasibility of the business plan tortillas to run or developed in terms of market and marketing aspects, technical aspects and technological, organizational and management aspects and financial aspects. Analysis feasibility criteria of the business, namely Break Even Point (BEP) amounted to 47,509 units or in a nominal amount of Rp 237,547,497, Net Present Value (NPV) obtained Rp 394,123,449 (> 0), Payback Period (PP) for 1 (one) year and 5 (Five) months 18 (eighteen) days shorter than the target of 3 (three) years, Profitability Index (PI) is a value of 15,14 (> 1) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 43,91% is greater than the interest rate of the BI . Based on the 4 (four) aspects and 5 (five) investment feasibility criteria, it can be concluded that the business plan tortilla seaweed eligible to run in Morowali Regency.
