PENERAPAN METODE QUALITY FUNCTION DEPLOYMENT (QFD) UNTUK MENANGANI NON VALUE ADDED ACTIVITY PADA PROSES PERAWATAN MESIN
ABSTRACT: Identifiying the
mode of activity which having no activity is a strategic endeavour to inercase
productivity. In this study the house of quality (HoQ) is integrated with FMEA
to prever reocurrance of work in electricity generating company function.
The result of this study revealed three most critical waste concerning to
the motion waste with RPN 84, overproduction with RPN 72, and unused people
with RPN 60.
