ANALISA PERSEPSI PEGAWAI TERHADAP GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DENGAN PENDEKATAN METODE DI INDUSTRI SPARE PART OTOMOTIF (STUDI KASUS PT. XXX BEKASI)
ABSTRACT: In the competitive
automotive industry, the company is required to do a lot of innovation and
kaizen in order to keep survive and growth. In this case, the issue of
leadership plays a very important in the company. This study uses SEM
(Structural Equation Modelling) which aims to find out the appropriate
leadership style to the situation in the PT. XXX Bekasi and to determine how
much influence each variable: relationship behavior, task behavior, and the
level of readiness of employees to the leadership style. Results showed that
relationship behaviors have a positive impact on leadership style but not
significantly, task behavior has a negative impact on leadership styles, and
the level of readiness of employees has a positive and significant impact on
leadership styles. The most influential indicator of task behavior is the translation
of the target company, for relationship behavior is leadership support, and for
the level of readiness of employees is employee knowledge. While for the style
of leadership is telling leadership style.
