KARAKTERISTIK RASA TAKUT GAGAL (FEAR OF FAILURE) PADA YOUNG ENTREPRENEURIAL BERDASARKAN MINAT KARIER MAHASISWA
Abstract: This study aimed to
understand the characteristics of the fear of failure based on a young
entrepreneurial career interests of students. This research is a qualitative
research descriptive narrative with a phenomenological approach to the
entrepreneurial young entrepreneur student member of the Indonesian Young
Entrepreneurs Association at the Education University of Indonesia. Results
from this study is the fear of failure that is divided into three major themes
of the careers of the consequences, consequences on the psychological and
financial consequences to the student.
