PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN KESEHATAN TERHADAP ANGKA KUNJUNGAN LANSIA KE POSYANDU LANSIA
Abstract: The purpose of this
study was to identify the effect of health education on the number of elderly
visit to the elderly health center in Puskesmas Sekijang. This study used
quasi-experimental methods with pre and post-test without control
(self-control) approach. This research was conducted at Sekijang health center
with 33 respondents. This research used accidental sampling technique. This
study used an observation sheet to measure the elderly visit. The analysis used
univariate and bivariate using Wilcoxon test. The results showed that health education was effective to increase
the number of elderly visit to the elderly health center with p value 0,018.It
isrecommend forhealth workers forprovidehealth education aboutelderly health
centre to ederly usingaudiovisualmedia so thatthe knowledgeandmotivation of
elderlyto visitsthe elderlyhealth centre can beincreased.
