Abstract: IMA with ST elevation (ST Elevation Myocardial Infarct) is part of a spectrum of acute coronary syndrome (ACS). Cardiac arrest (cardiac arrest) is responsible for 60% of the adult mortality rate of patients experiencing AMI. Management therapy is the most effective choice of thrombolytic therapy. This study aims to determine the relationship of thrombolytic administration with a decrease in ST elevation acute myocardial infarction.
For determine the relationship of thrombolytic administration with a decrease in ST elevation acute myocardial infarction patients.
Design description of correlation using cross-sectional observational study approach. Total population 85 records medic purposive sampling technique sample of 50 respondents with 25 data to obtain the data as a thrombolytic and 25 controls who did not receive thrombolytic of medical record data inclusion and exclusion criteria. Bivariate analysis of the characteristics of respondents and used univariate chi square with correlation coefficient to determine the relationship contingency.
