PENGEMBANGAN PERIKANAN TANGKAP YANG BERSINERGI DENGAN ASPEK LINGKUNGAN DAN SOSIAL EKONOMI: STUDI KASUS DI PERAIRAN KABUPATEN BANYUWANGI
ABSTRACT: As area upwelling,
territorial water of Bali Strait in Banyuwangi Regency region a lot of develop
activities of capture fisheries and its supporting units. Development of fisheries have exceeded
everlasting quota specified by according to SKB Jawa-Timur Province and Bali
Province No. 238 Year 1992//674 Year 1992, so that tend to menace
sustainability of fish resources and
environment of territorial water.
This research aim to analyse environmental condition of territorial
water, analyse compatibility of capture fisheries with environmental aspect and
socio-economic, and also formulate strategy to develop compatibility of capture
fisheries. Territorial water of Banyuwangi regency has amonia (1,025 ppm), TSS
(26,4 ppm), detergent (1,16 ppm), heavy metal of Cd (0,0015 ppm) and Cr (
0,0053 ppm) with exceeded quality standard for growth of fish resources and
other biota of territorial water. The
highest fish production in six the last year (2005-2010) was became of 2007,
that is reach 60.393.648 kg, and from this amount about 54.089.139 kg represent
haul of lemuru. Compatibility of
development of capture fisheries with environmental aspect and socio-economic is
inclusive of category "good enough" (quadran V of matrix IE). Increase socialization of JTB and protection
of ruaya of fish become priority strategy to development of capture fisheries
compatible with environmental aspect and socio-conomic in Banyuwangi Regency (
RK = 0,249, IR = 0,05).
