PENAMBAHAN TEPUNG KUNYIT (Curcuma domestica) DALAM RANSUM TERHADAP DAYA CERNA PROTEIN DAN BAHAN KERING PADA AYAM PEDAGING
ABSTRACT: The experiment was
aimed to reveal addiction by curcuma meal in diets to protein and dry matter
digetability on broiler chicken.The experiment was used Completely Randomized
Design with 5 treatments and 4 replicates (control, 0,1% 0,3%, and 0,5%, 0,7%,
0,9%, of curcuma meal in diets). Data was analyzed by using analysis of
variance and followed by Duncan multirange Test. Optimal use of curcuma meal in
diets was 0,3%. Curcuma meal can be applied up to 0,3% in diets increasing the
protein digestability was 71,79% and dry matter digestability was76,93%.
