KEPADATAN POPULASI CENDAWAN PELARUT FOSFAT YANG DIBERI PERLAKUAN TRICALCIUM PHOSPHATE PADA AKAR JAGUNG (ZEA MAYS L.)
ABSTRACT: This research was
aimed to observe population density of phosphate solubilizer fungi that
treatment by tricalcium phosphate (TCP)
on root of corn (Zea Mays L.). This research used Randomized Completely Block
Design (RCBD) with two factor, the first factor was inoculation phosphate
solubilizer fungi with 3 levels: without phosphate solubilizer fungi (C0),
phosphate solubilizer fungi 1 (C1), phosphate solubilizer fungi (C2) and the
second factor was dosage of Tricalcium Phosphate (TCP) with 3 levels: 0 mg per
plant (P0), 30 mg per plant (P1), 60 mg per plant (P2). Every treatment has
been repeated for 3 times. Thus, there were 27 treatment units with Duncan
Multiple Range Test 5%. The observation was consisted of several parameters,
that were population density of fungi in
root of corn, population density of fungi on rizhosfer root of corn and popultion
density on plant medium. The result of this research showed that phosphate
solubilizer fungi 1 given the significantly different population density of
fungi in root of corn and popultion density on plant medium; phosphate
solubilizer fungi 2 given the significantly different in population density
of fungi on rizhosfer root of corn.
While dosage of TCP 30 mg per plant given the best in population density of
fungi in root of corn, and popultion density on plant medium. There was an
interaction between phosphate solubilizer fungi
1 and dosage of TCP 30 mg in
population density of fungi in root of corn, population density of fungi on
rizhosfer root of corn and population density on plant medium.
