ANALISA NILAI TAMBAH DAN KELAYAKAN AGROINDUSTRI NATA DE COCO DI KABUPATEN KETAPANG KALIMANTAN BARAT
Abstrak: This research aimed
to analyze the feasibility and value added of nata de coco agroindustry at Ketapang
districs. The research uses qualitative and the selection of location was
determined by the researcher purposively on the consideration that the area
produced more numbers of coconut tree among the areas in Ketapang. The data
collection techniques used are interview, questionnaire, and observation.
Analysis of data used on the research is descriptive analysis, analysis of
financialfeasibility assessments, and value added analysis, including technical
and technology aspect, economic and financial. Based on financial analysis,
obtained NPV value is Rp 118.522.756, Net B/C 1.49, IRR 76%, Payback Period
1,88 years with BEP value on production levels 45,86%. This business is
feasible and profitable. Based on value added analysis, average of value added
Rp 3.340, with average of value added ratio 61% (percent) and average of profit
level 65% (percent).
